Tumbled chocolate are fashioned by slowly drizzling chocolate over complimentary centres, all while rolling and tossing the treats to achieve layers of chocolate perfection.  All that layering has an added bonus as tumbled chocolate does not melt as easily as enrobed chocolate – just the perfect chocolate for a country like South Africa!
We use delicious 60% dark couverture in our tumbled range that complements our delectable centres perfectly.
